Drama is thriving at Taunton School. There is ever increasing demand for the extensive range of courses and activities available.
We are fortunate to have a modern theatre space that is versatile and can be changed to accommodate different staging permutations: End stage, In the Round, Thrust, Traverse. This allows for full-scale musical shows as well as more intimate experimental theatre.
We stage an impressive number of productions each year, directed by a variety of staff.
The opportunity for students to direct is also taken up enthusiastically.
