WORLD PEACE DAY
Both the Prep and Pre-Prep joined together in the Centenary Hall to mark the International Day of Peace on Friday, 21 September. It was a very special occasion to all who were present. The song for peace ‘No Wars will stop us Singing’ was sung with clarity and conviction.

EUROPEAN DAY OF LANGUAGES
Pupils from Taunton School and Taunton Prep School have presented three Assemblies this week [one in Taunton Prep School and two in Taunton School] to celebrate the European Day of Languages.  They reminded us of the different languages and cultures of Europe.  We listened to three students from Belarus, Germany and Norway who told us about their countries in their own language.

Well done to Morwenna Harnett [6R] who read the translation and to Harriet Turner [6R] who also took part, dressed in her pyjamas!

PRE-PREP
Can we remind parents that we are collecting the Tesco Sports vouchers.  A collection box is available inside the Pre-Prep Hall.  Thank you.
